Usually the exchange takes from 5 to 60 minutes after your transaction receives the required number of confirmations on the network. The time depends on the blockchain load and the selected network.

The minimum exchange amount is the equivalent of 80 USDT. Maximum — 10,304 USDT. Current limits in the selected currency are displayed above the input field in the calculator.

We support major networks: Bitcoin, Ethereum (ERC-20), TRON (TRC-20), Solana, Polygon and TON. For stablecoins (USDT, USDC, DAI) several networks are available — choose the one you need when creating an order.

No. The service fee is 0.7% and is already included in the rate you see in the calculator. Additionally, you only pay the network fee (gas fee), which depends on the selected blockchain.

A confirmation is the inclusion of your transaction in a blockchain block. Different networks require different numbers of confirmations: usually 2-3 for BTC/ETH and 1 for TRC-20. The more confirmations, the safer the transaction.

Most often this is related to waiting for confirmations in the blockchain. Check the transaction status in a blockchain explorer (e.g., Tronscan, Etherscan). If confirmations have already passed but funds have not arrived — write to support @Block_Chain_Post, we will figure it out.
